WE WALK LOU

JOIN US FOR AN 8-WEEK WALKING PROGRAM

Come walk with us this winter and join our KCRS We Walk Lou Club to embark on an 8-week journey to develop a healthy walking habit, walking skills, and tools through this supportive group program to improve your physical and mental health. You will also have the opportunity to complete a 5k if you choose!

  • Led by certified coach Harmony Ray

  • Guest Speakers: Registered Dietician Catherine Arnold, The Training STudio owner/founder Dale Benedict and more

  • Ongoing Support - Coaching, mentors, and like-minded walkers!

DETAILS

WHO: Beginner to intermediate walkers

WHAT: 8 weeks, meet 3x/week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)

WHERE: Waggoner High School Track, Seneca Park Track, Cherokee Park Loop, and other scenic locations across Louisville

WHEN: Begins January 9 (Tuesdays and Thursdays 6 p.m., Saturdays 8 a.m.

COST: $50
